Get Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley's hot body...

Ever looked in the mirror and thought, "Screw this, I want to look like Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley"?
You know that gorgeous supermodel with magna hot curves, hair even the glossy posse* are envious of and a face so perfect, it would be deemed immoral (or at the very least rude) for her to ever to work on radio.

Yeah, her.
Fancy looking more like her? Yes, thought you might. Well, good news, here's now you can...

An article I wrote for this month's Wedding Ideas magazine explains all:

For a step-by-step guide to get Rosie's banging body follow my plan below, good luck!

As featured in this month's Wedding Ideas magazine. Out now.

* The glossy posse includes Jennifer Anniston, Eva Longoria, Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger, should you be wondering.

Juice cleanse. Jumping on the bandwagon…

Loads of female celebrities maintain their superstar hot bods following a kick-ass juice cleanse. This includes Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham, Cheryl Cole and supermodel Rosie Huntingdon Whiteley.

Rosie looking picture perfect at the event

I chatted to Rosie at the GQ Men Of The Year awards earlier this month and it’s fair to say, she was definitely the most glamorous girl in the room. It was impossible not to notice her glossy hair and perfectly, radiant skin. Pretty much every man at the event was ogling her banging body. After chatting to her about juice cleanses, it inspired me to give one a try.

For anyone not in the know, a juice cleanse is pretty gruelling. It’s basically a food fast, meaning no food or alcohol can be consumed for three days (some celebs do five days), just blended fruit and vegetables.

I spoke over Twitter to organic juice cleanse company Purifyne and decided to give their three day plan a try. Just so you know, I’m a complete novice when it comes to the words “cleanse” and “detox”. My premise of a healthy lifestyle rarely gets past an occasional salad or justifying a walk to the tube as daily exercise.

However, like most girls, I'd love to have a shiner look and fit back into my skinniest jeans. And if it's at all possible, learn to be less of a booze and cake hound.

So, I agreed to start a strict three day juice cleanse and blog about. Starting tomorrow. Eeeek.
I’m planning to document it with pictures and also my feelings/ mood through the cleanse. (Unless I’m hating it so much I can't get out of bed.)

So here goes...

FEELING: Worried I’m going to be really hungry, non-stop for three days. Also concerned about being tired through lack of food, I have a lot on work-wise and need to be able to concentrate.
MOOD: Excited about starting a new challenge.

Royally sucked in by Ashley Cole

I can't believe it.
I feel disappointment with myself for even admitting this... but... Ashley Cole isn't as much of a nob as every girl thinks.
I know, I can't believe I've said it either. And yep, I do feel slack on poor, old Chezza. Sisterhood and all that jazz.
I've always waved the 'Cheryl Cole is amazing' flag and I do think Ashley is a twat for cheating on her, repetitively.
However, after meeting him for the first time. I feel a bit different. I can't lie.
My affections for him are wavering from hatred to, dare I say it, sympathy.
When I bumped into him at a London party he was really sweet, genuinely quite funny and very polite.
I asked for a photo, he knew I was a journalist, but happily obliged.
And when his dumb ass PA cut both of our heads off he happily posed for another. And laughed at her incompetence.
He was also a lot, I mean dramatically, smaller than I imagined. So skinny and frail.
And this alone made me feel a bit sorry for him.
After all, who wants to be the nation's most hated person.
Especially when your ex wife is hailed 'the nation's sweetheart'.

So there, I've admitted it.... I feel sorry for Ashley 'I can't keep it in my pants' Cole.

The incriminating picture of moi and Mr C

He's always made out to be this killer love-rat.
But in reality he's just a skinny runt who likes football and doesn't have a nice girl at home as he stupidly screwed it up.
Time and time again.
He didn't look like a big time player.
I can't imagine him man-handling women, knocking their back doors in etc etc.
He looked like a bit of a wuzz.
The type of guy who embarrassingly covers himself up as he shuffles to the toilet after sex, or drops the dreaded question "How was that for you?" Urgh.
He was no bruiser like Rooney, smooth talker like Giggs or horny stallion like Crouch.
If anything he looked like their skinny, placid, camp brother.

So, if Ashley Cole is a devious, self-obsessed ladies man, then I am totally sucked in.
And therefore nearly as bad as those tarts who are infatuated with doing kiss and tells on him.

Amen sister.

Peter Andre on the Tequila slammers

When Peter Andre's management contacted me to ask if we'd like to do an interview on surrounding his new single Perfect Night, it was unlikely I'd say no.
They suggested we interviewed him in the office...I suggested we all had a night on lash...recreating his (or as the case might be, my) perfect night.
See what we did there? Yep, not very creative.
Anyway, he agreed.
So Goss - me and Sonja - took Pete out for the night. Meal, drinks, more drinks, silly conversations, more drinks and a set of story board photos.

We all got dress up ready for our date.
Pete in a crisp black suit with waist coat, me and Sonja in matching red outfits (that was not deliberate but worked out quite well for the photos).
We had dinner at the Pestana hotel on the Chelsea Bridge.
Pete convinced me to try the Tricolore salad - he said it reminded him of home. Not sure why as he's from Greece and it's a Italian dish. Anyway, Tricolore salad, designed from the three stripe Italian Tricolore flag .
Avocado, mozzarella and tomato.
We then had a variety of fillet steak, sea bass and a vintage bottle of red wine.
Luckily for us Pete was paying.

We chatted about everything over dinner.
- his obsession with UFOs, how he's seen then, photographed then and even sent emails to fellow enthusiast Robbie Williams about his alien passion
- he talked a lot about sex...do women fake it, and why? Pete can turn anything normal into a sexual euphemism... even when we first arrived looking at the menu he asked: "Do you want the ham HOCK? Do you like HOCK? Do you need HOCK?"
- why he doesn't have sex with groupies anymore (he's been there got the t-shirt many times)
- why he thinks Cheryl Cole did the right thing getting back with Ashley
- how he and Katie Price no longer talk
- his perfect date would be camping on a beach in Australia, playing Extreme - More Than Words on the guitar around a campfire, getting drunk on red wine and waking up naked.
- he wishes he could move back to Oz, but would never ever leave his children here
- how his dad thinks marriage is really hard and something you have to continually work at
- he naturally has really curly hair but employs his brother to straight it daily
- he doesn't like to go clubbing anymore but is going out to Ibiza and to see his brother DJ in Sugar Hut in    Essex

After dinner we convinced Mr A to do a Tequila slammer. And then in a drunken moment he forked out for a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose champagne for us. Pretty expensive in London bars.
Not sure about Pete but this turned out to be a rather Perfect Night for Goss.

Wireless Day Two

Saturday night at Wireless was headlined by The Chemical Brothers.
The biggest D lister hanging around was Dean Gaffney, he'd somehow managed to sneak into one of the VIP tents and was knocking back champagne. How does he still do it?
Other celebs included Alexa Chung, Tulisa from X Factor/ NDubz and Sarah Harding

Sarah Harding bizarrely decided to give her Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Cole's much hyped 28th bday bash a miss. This was quite surprising as Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts went along to show support.
We all know Sarah's never turned down the chance to booze and party in her life, so why the snub? On such an important night in the showbiz world?
Sarah told me she was "too busy recording in the studio."
Sorry Harding I don't believe you for a second, surely you could pop out for an hour, one drink, show your face, just to say hello? I think her actions speak loudly....there's not going to be a Girls Aloud reunion anytime soon.

Tulisa told us she was petrified the X factor fans are going to "hate" her and think she's a "chav" with no talent. Read the full article in GOSS here....http://www.dailystar.co.uk/goss/view/199381/Tulisa-Contostavlos-I-m-all-front/

The highlight of the day for me was watching The Streets. Mike Skinner put on an awesome show, giving out some quality banter and even stripping off after the crowd egged him on. The Brummie rapper is retiring now and this was his last gig - gutted. Always been a big fan.
Anyway Mike wasn't mopping around after his performance, he told me: "I'm going to get off my pickle and dance to The Chemical Brothers in the main crowd. I'll be mashed so if you see me, don't make eye contact, just leave me in my circle of madness."
Forget Danny Dyer, Mr Skinner is my new chav crush, he was looking pretty buff...and I'm a stickler for a man with some chat.

Valentines Day without the boyfriend = Drunken Carnage...

Boy George spinning the Valentines tune....
What does Valentines Day mean to you???

While most couples were exchanging cards, soppy looks, stories of love and endearment over a meal out or bottle of wine in, I was 100 odd miles away from my Valentine this year. Surrounded by boring, sober celebrities.

The Elle Style Awards was on Valentines night, seriously, which marketing muppet thought this was a good idea?

I'm not going to say much about the awards as they were really poorly organised, and not much fun to work.

However, after all the work stuff  - Cheryl Cole winning the Best Music accolade (what the? how the?) and Emma Watson being crowned Style Icon of the year - we got seriously re-hydrated.

Should just quickly point out all the stars left within 10 minutes of the awards ending, except Dermot O'Leary, who stayed out to play.

Me, Dermot and Sonja chewing the fat

Me and my column sidekick Sonja got stuck into the free champagne, like newborn piglets on their mother's teats.

We drank, and danced. And danced and drank.
We left with an amazing goodie bag, a magnum of Moet (each), two bunches of roses, handfuls of Godiva chocolates and a random selection of business cards we'd picked up along the way.

All in all, a good Valentines, I'd say.

Oooh, just incase you care Dermot is still a big romantic despite being in a relationship for over eight years.

He told us: "As I knew I was going to be here on Valentines night I made sure I did my romantic boyfriend bit over the weekend.
“I took my girlfriend Dee away to a spa in the country. I drove her there and made sure she was royally pampered and spoilt.”

Some girls have all the luck.

Baftas: The Aftermath. Drunk and disorderly. Not me (this time).

So I chatted to Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding, who got heroically stuck into the free plonk, unlike her relatively sober band mate Kimberley Walsh.
After getting engaged, on NYE, in the Maldives, to her fella of three years Tom, Sarah was quick to put an end to the Girls Aloud rift rumours.
(Just to get you up to speed... the band are on a 'break', rumours and evidence suggest Nadine and Cheryl hate each other, Nadine never attends girlie Girls Aloud bonding session, or her bandmate’s birthdays, or anything similar. The others stick together like orphan lambs. Smells a bit fishy, hey?)

Anyway Sarah told me, insistently, Nadine Coyle will definitely be at her wedding. Along with Chezza, Nicola and Kimberley. Hmmm.

Sarah also claimed she was dying her hair brown the morning after the Baftas saying, "I'll be the same colour as you tomorrow, dark brown."
Haven't seen any pictures of her yet.

However, Sarah was completely blotto'ed and probably would've believed Jimmy Hendrix had risen from death if I’d put on a convincing enough face.
I like Harding. A lot. But she was more wasted at the Baftas than I’ve seen her for ages.

I don't think she'd appreciate the Amy Winehouse references which were being mutter around the room,.

Meanwhile Kimberley had been presenting live on the red carpet for the E! channel, greeting A-list stars as they arrived. She admitted she'd never been so nervous.
Apparently half way through one of the interviews she asked to edit the interview and start again, forgetting it was live. Eeek.

Sky News before Baftas...

I was up at 7am this morning to go on Sky News, who gets up before 11am on a Sunday? Vicious.
I was talking about all things showbiz including The Royal Wedding and Victoria Beckham’s gift to Kate Middleton (a new wardrobe full of VB dresses), the sad illness of Elizabeth Taylor, Cheryl Cole’s American X Factor dream (US bigwigs want to have control over her hair and makeup, they also want her to tone down her 'why-aye pet' Geordie phrases) and everything Bafta and Colin Firth related.

Got home at 10.30am and crawled straight back into bed.
At this point I decided to go back to sleep with my full studio hair and makeup on, so I could jump out of bed a few hours later and be ready for the Bafta awards.
Yep lazy, but I liked they way they’d done my eye makeup and, quite frankly, who wouldn’t want 30 mins extra in bed?
